Every House Hamlouchi piece is sourced directly from Morocco through our own family and sent specially for you, rather than pulled off a shelf in a warehouse.
Shipping
- Free tracked shipping to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum order and no shipping charge at checkout.
- Where we deliver: 36 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Switzerland, Turkey, Morocco, Egypt, Israel, the Gulf states, and parts of Asia and the Pacific. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
- Delivery: because each piece is sourced individually in Morocco, please allow around 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Every order ships tracked.
- We will email you when your order is confirmed and again when it has shipped with your tracking link. If anything is ever delayed, we will reach out personally.
Returns & exchanges
We want you in the right piece. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
For sizing exchanges, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will help on a case-by-case basis. Because items are sourced to order from Morocco, please use the Size Guide before purchasing, and email us if you are unsure.
